may be “retired” but still in my “must die in a workout” era 🤪🤪 a lot of people have asked me what my new workout routine looks like, and right now I am loving anything over 40 minutes (with rest minutes!!!). it helps my intensity not be too high, I get a lot of work in & can leave feeling like I still did a lot without being in the gym for so many hours!!! I’m working on easing into lower intensity & less volume but it takes time because my brain is wired different rn!!! I’ll keep yall update
