King crab night with my family ❤️ We have finally figured out the perfect way to cook king crab! Steaming in 7up (or sprite) for 22 minutes! Then letting rest in an ice bath for 5 minutes before serving. The meat turns out soooo sweet, juicy, and flavorful every single time! I can’t explain what the citrus soda does to the crab but I can promise the flavor and texture is sooo much better when steamed in it #reels | Soozie the Foodie
