The Effingham County Tax/Tag Office was awash in a festive spirit and holiday colors during its Grand Opening & Holiday Light Stroll on Friday. Effingham County employees enjoyed a beloved tradition Thursday with the annual Christmas Holiday Breakfast in the Board of Commissioners Meeting Room.
