A man launching his boat Sunday at the Santa Barbara Harbor had a rough go of it when his truck was pulled underwater with him inside. Luckily, he was able to crawl out a window just as he sunk below the surface. Harbor officials said the boat was still connected to its trailer and the truck, which was later hauled from the water with extensive damage.
