Time for another BUTTBUNSBOOTY exercise with upper body options. On all fours, lift one leg with knee bent and turned outward. Outward is key to this exercise. Lift bend leg up and cross over the base leg, while bending both arms. Do 4-8 times Now lift the body after the crossover engaging the arms and upper body. Do 4-8 times And finally, HOLD body up and extend leg while pushing back with arms. Do 4-8 times. Repeat on other leg *if you have a dog or two, kiss them or anyone else
