Cholesterol has been getting a bad rep for the longest time. Our bodily functions and enzymes are from cholesterol. With this matter, it's how big the cholesterol is. Not much on LDL or HDL. The big ones can clog the arteries. The small ones are fine, in fact, essential. The yellow part is more important. That's fuel to your body. Mostly carbs, less fats protein diet is the problem. Taking in fats alone will not make you sick. Cook the egg on animal fats also. Or olive/coconut oil. Not thosw veg
