It was co-created by Gerhard Augustin, who was also Ike & Tina’s manager in the 70’s. Host was Uschi Nerke. At their first appearance in 1971, Ike & Tina perfomed a mini concert with eight songs, including two from The Ikettes. One year later, they promoted their European single Get Back. The show was replaced in 1972
