Also celebrated at today's College assembly was one of our traditions that ironically involves our newest Ionians. Every year, for the first assembly of Term 1, our Year 5 cohort are officially welcomed to the Iona family by being brought into The Provence Centre to the rapturous applause of more than 2000 of their fellow Ionians. Seeing their beaming faces and chests puffed with pride is always one of the highlights of every year, and we are sure a special moment that these young men will carry
