I’m still in awe of this little known 1000 foot volcanic cinder cone 25 miles NW of Flagstaff. We explored the slot canyons and hoodoos for over 4 hours yesterday, and only saw 3 people. Many crystals and gems dot the volcanic rock in the 740,000 year old formation. | Jeremy Johnson Photography
